In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "jjwin," "the Platform," "the Service" — refers to the online casino, sportsbook, live dealer casino, and all associated digital products and services operated under the jjwin brand at jjwin.one and any associated domains or subdomains.
• "Account" — means the personal, non-transferable player account registered by you with jjwin, through which you access the Services and manage your PKR wallet balance.
• "Real Money Balance" — means funds deposited by you into your jjwin account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) that have not been subject to any bonus wagering restriction.
• "Bonus Balance" — means credits awarded to your account pursuant to a promotional offer and subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the total amount you must wager using Bonus Balance before such balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 25x).
• "Prohibited Territories" — means jurisdictions in which the use of jjwin is not permitted under applicable law, as determined by the Operator from time to time.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including CNIC verification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation as required by jjwin.
• "PSL" — refers to the Pakistan Super League, references to which appear in the context of jjwin's sports betting markets.

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to create a jjwin account and to access any gaming or wagering service on the Platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced. jjwin uses CNIC-based age verification as a mandatory step during account registration.

2.2 CNIC Verification. All accounts must be verified using a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). Providing false, forged, or another person's CNIC information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one jjwin account at any time. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. jjwin uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited without prior notice.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing jjwin is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players located in Prohibited Territories are not permitted to use jjwin. jjwin reserves the right to restrict access from any territory at any time without advance notice.

2.5 Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of another person, and that you are not using jjwin in a professional or business capacity that conflicts with these Terms.

3.1 Registration Process. To access jjwin Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password of your choosing. jjwin relies on the accuracy of this information and bears no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration data.

3.2 Account Security. You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjwin login credentials. You must not share your username, password, OTP, or any authentication information with any third party. jjwin will never ask you for your password through any channel. Any access to your account using your credentials — whether by you or any other person — is deemed to be your responsibility.

3.3 Unauthorised Access. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your jjwin account, you must notify jjwin immediately via the live chat or support email. jjwin will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation. jjwin is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access that was enabled by your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Account Information Updates. You must promptly update your account information if any registered details change — in particular your mobile number, which is used for two-factor authentication and payment processing. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay withdrawal processing and KYC verification.

3.5 KYC Verification. jjwin may request additional identity documentation at any time, including but not limited to CNIC front and back, proof of residential address, and source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. jjwin reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functions until KYC requirements are satisfied.

4.1 Currency. All jjwin wallet balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jjwin does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges for certain transaction types.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jjwin currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods:

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. jjwin reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal of funds subject to active wagering requirements is not permitted until those requirements are fulfilled.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. jjwin complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations. Players who deposit funds without placing bets in good faith, or who appear to use jjwin as a vehicle for financial transactions rather than gaming, may have their accounts suspended and funds reported to relevant authorities.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account with a positive Real Money Balance that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. jjwin may apply an administrative fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts after written notice to the registered contact details. The balance will never be reduced below zero.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotional offers made available by jjwin are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where there is a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion of the Bonus Balance or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated clearly at the point of bonus activation on the jjwin platform.

• Maximum bet during wagering: Rs 500 per spin or per hand. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game contribution rates: Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering. Live casino games contribute 10–20%. Certain table game variants contribute 0%. Full contribution tables are available in the Promotions section of jjwin.
• Bonus validity: Bonuses expire after the period stated at the time of award, typically 7 or 30 days. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Unless specifically stated otherwise, winnings generated from a Welcome Bonus are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap of 10x the bonus amount. This cap does not apply to VIP cashback credited as real money.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. jjwin operates a strict anti-abuse policy. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, low-risk wagering strategies that exploit bonus conditions, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, and coordinated play with other players to generate artificial wagering. jjwin reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and to close accounts where abuse is detected.

5.4 Right to Withdraw Offers. jjwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. jjwin is not obligated to provide the same offers to all players. VIP-tier offers are awarded at jjwin's sole discretion and may be adjusted based on changes in player activity levels.

6.1 Certified RNG. All slot and RNG table game outcomes on jjwin are generated by certified Random Number Generator systems that have been tested and verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. The RTP figures displayed on each game represent the actual tested return rates verified by these laboratories.

6.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communications failure that causes a game round to be interrupted or produce an incorrect result, jjwin reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the player's account. Wins generated as a direct result of a software error are void and will not be paid. The jjwin decision in such matters is final.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jjwin and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, macros, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jjwin games or place bets.
• Collusion with other players or with dealer personnel in live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or unintended platform behaviours to generate winnings outside of normal game mechanics.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying any jjwin software or game content.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game by any means other than the legitimate play mechanics described in the applicable game rules.

6.4 Live Dealer Rules. Live casino games at jjwin are subject to the specific rules displayed within each game table. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the video recording of the session is the definitive record. Players must raise disputes regarding live dealer game outcomes within 24 hours of the session in question.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. jjwin reserves the right to accept, decline, or partially accept any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until the player receives an explicit confirmation from the jjwin sportsbook system. In the event of a system error that incorrectly records a bet, jjwin will take reasonable steps to restore the player's account to its pre-error state.

7.2 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Pre-match odds are fixed at the time of bet placement and confirmation. In-play (live betting) odds reflect current market conditions at the moment the bet request is submitted; if odds change between submission and confirmation, you may be offered the new odds or a void option depending on jjwin's applicable in-play betting rules.

7.3 PSL & Cricket Specific Rules. For Pakistan Super League (PSL) and international cricket betting markets on jjwin, the following specific rules apply:

• Matches reduced by rain or bad weather interruptions are settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result where an official result is declared.
• Markets on individual player performance (e.g., runs scored, wickets taken) are void if the player does not participate in the match.
• Abandoned matches with no official result are voided, and stakes are returned to player accounts.
• In-play bets placed after the completion of the event they relate to (due to delayed data feeds) are void.

7.4 Maximum Winnings. jjwin applies per-event and per-day maximum payout limits across all sportsbook markets. Current limits are displayed in the jjwin Sportsbook terms available within the platform. Bets that would generate winnings exceeding these limits may be accepted at reduced stakes or declined.

7.5 Integrity. Bets placed on events subject to suspected corruption, match-fixing investigations, or official sporting body integrity inquiries may be withheld pending the outcome of those investigations. jjwin cooperates fully with relevant sporting bodies and law enforcement agencies in all integrity matters.

8.1 Our Commitment. jjwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment. 21+ jjwin's services are strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above. We actively work to prevent underage gambling and to support players who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties.

8.2 Player-Controlled Tools. Every jjwin account includes the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders after continuous play periods of their choosing.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap their net losses over daily, weekly, or monthly periods.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access suspensions ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which the account is inaccessible for all gaming activities.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited (minimum 6 months) full account exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and take effect across all jjwin products simultaneously. jjwin will not accept circumvention attempts during an active self-exclusion period.

8.3 Mandatory Exclusion. jjwin may apply mandatory exclusion or betting restrictions to any account where jjwin has reason to believe the player is exhibiting signs of problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has requested such measures. This includes but is not limited to: escalating deposit patterns, expressions of distress during support interactions, and requests for removal of voluntary limits.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the jjwin platform — including but not limited to software, games, game mechanics, graphics, visual interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of jjwin or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. jjwin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the jjwin platform.

9.3 Restrictions. You may not use jjwin's brand name, logos, or trademarks without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of jjwin intellectual property will be actively pursued through appropriate legal channels.

10.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by jjwin is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

10.2 Data Collection. jjwin collects personal data necessary for account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, and responsible gaming obligations. This includes but is not limited to: name, CNIC details, mobile number, transaction history, device identifiers, and gameplay logs.

10.3 Data Sharing. jjwin does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud detection systems, and regulatory bodies as required for operational and compliance purposes.

10.4 Data Retention. jjwin retains account data for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, in accordance with AML and gaming licence requirements. Players may request access to their personal data or initiate data correction requests through jjwin support.

11.1 No Guarantee of Service. jjwin provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jjwin makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access to jjwin services. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions.

11.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjwin's total cumulative liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Balance held in your jjwin account at the time the claim arises.

11.3 Exclusions. jjwin shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; (c) gambling losses incurred on the Platform, which are a natural consequence of engaging in games of chance and are not recoverable as damages; (d) losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

11.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk, that past results do not predict future outcomes, and that jjwin does not guarantee any return on any bet or game session. You are solely responsible for all betting decisions made under your account credentials.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your jjwin account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to you after applicable identity verification. Accounts with active bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will have those bonus balances forfeited upon closure.

12.2 Termination by jjwin. jjwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; bonus abuse; underage gambling; use from a Prohibited Territory; providing false registration information; or a regulatory requirement to do so.

12.3 Consequences of Termination. Where jjwin terminates an account for breach of Terms, all balances (Real Money and Bonus) may be forfeited. Where jjwin terminates an account for non-breach reasons, Real Money Balance will be returned to the player after completing required verification procedures. jjwin's decision on termination is final and not subject to reversal except where a formal dispute resolution process requires otherwise.

13.1 Internal Process. All disputes relating to jjwin services must first be submitted to jjwin's internal support team. Dispute submissions should include: your registered account details, a clear description of the dispute, the relevant game or transaction reference numbers, and any supporting evidence. jjwin will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

13.2 Escalation. If the internal resolution process does not produce an outcome acceptable to you, you may escalate the dispute to the independent dispute resolution body designated by jjwin's licensing authority. Details of the applicable independent adjudicator are available within the Platform upon request.

13.3 Limitation Period. All disputes must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may be declined at jjwin's discretion.

14.1 Right to Amend. jjwin reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through appropriate notice on the Platform and/or via the contact details registered on your account.

14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of jjwin following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using jjwin and may close your account. Outstanding Real Money Balances will be returned subject to applicable verification requirements.

14.3 Version History. The date shown at the top of this document ("Last Updated") identifies the current version of these Terms. Previous versions are available from jjwin support upon written request.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjwin is licensed and incorporated. The use of jjwin services is subject to the rules and regulations of jjwin's international gaming licence, which take precedence over any contrary local law to the extent permitted by applicable international gaming regulations.

15.2 Language. These Terms are issued in English, which is the governing language for all purposes including dispute resolution. Any translation provided for player convenience is for informational purposes only and shall not be relied upon in any legal context.

15.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or bonus-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jjwin and supersede all prior representations, agreements, understandings, and arrangements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
